Tierra Verde

Located on an island on the Southernmost tip of Pinellas County, sits a slice of paradise called Tierra Verde. For Tierra Verde residents, the ocean is always within reach. Just minutes from Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach and Fort DeSoto Park, Tierra Verde is celebrated for its waterfront views, boating community and local beach bars and restaurants.

Tierra Verde features high-end single family homes and luxury condominiums. Residents can take in gorgeous views and walks on the beach by day and then experience the vibrant nightlife of Downtown St. Petersburg, only 15 minutes away.

Tierra Verde serves as the gateway to Fort DeSoto, a 1,136-acre county park that features hiking trails, a large campsite, a popular fishing pier and white sand beaches. Catch a glimpse of the stunning Sunshine Skyway Bridge and observe the untouched wildlife and foliage on the island.

Tierra Verde once consisted of 15 islands covered in mangroves, pines and bush. For centuries, the islands were used by Indians for ceremonial and burial grounds. Now, the area is connected by bridges to both St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach. The island’s main keys are Pine Key, Pardee Key and Cabbage Key.
