Tierra Verde

Located on an island on the southernmost tip of Pinellas County sits a slice of paradise called Tierra Verde. For residents in this neighborhood, the water is always within reach. Just minutes from Pass-A-Grille, St. Pete Beach and Fort Desoto Park, Tierra Verde is celebrated for its waterfront views, boating community, and local restaurants.

Tierra Verde features high-end single-family homes and luxury condominiums. Residents can take in gorgeous views and walks on the beach by day and then jump to the vibrant nightlife of Downtown St. Petersburg, only 15 minutes away.

Tierra Verde serves as the gateway to Fort DeSoto, a 1,136-acre county park that features hiking trails, a large campsite, a popular fishing pier and white sandy beaches. Catch a stunning glimpse of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and observe the untouched wildlife, plants, and birds on the island.

Tierra Verde once consisted of 15 islands covered in mangroves, pines, and bush. The islands were used for centuries by Indians for ceremonial and burial grounds. Now, the area is connected by the bridges of the Pinellas Bayway to both St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach and the main keys are Pine Key, Pardee Key, and Cabbage Key.
