A good way to discuss locations in St. Petersburg is to break the area down into three sections. These areas offer different lifestyles, resources, history, and home styles. 

Gulf of Mexico is the location of our beach communities. They offer white sandy beaches, great night life, tranquil laid-back neighborhoods, and lots of waterfront homes with deep water canal access. 

Central Pinellas is a great area to look for first time home buyers looking for value. It features many well-built homes that are outside of flood-zone. 

The area near the Bay is rich in history with many homes dating back to the early 1900's. This area also includes St. Pete's Downtown that has some incredible luxury condominiums and town homes.

The Beaches

The west side of St. Pete touches the Gulf of Mexico and is the location of many of our wonderful beach communities. Tierra Verde, Pass-A-Grille, St. Pete Beach, and Treasure Island are all fantastic locations to call home. Many of the beach communities offer a wide range of homes and prices from million dollar waterfront mansions, to quaint beach bungalows. There are also many waterfront condominiums offering amazing views of the Gulf and surrounding waterfront. Homes on the beaches often offer deep water canal access for boaters and walking access to our world renowned white-sandy beaches.

Central Pinellas

This is a great area to look for value along with some powerful selling points. Much of central Pinellas is located outside of the flood zone. Many of the areas homes are newer and well-built on solid slab foundations. Central Pinellas has tons of great restaurants, malls, and businesses. Neighborhoods in Central Pinellas include Tyrone, Disston Heights, and Sheryl Manor, which are all very active areas for buying & selling. Central Pinellas is also the perfect location for first time home buyers to canvas looking for value.

Downtown

Downtown St. Petersburg is considered the hub of events, culture, fine dining, and fun city living. The area presents its residents with a fantastic location that puts an amazing cosmopolitan lifestyle at your fingertips. Downtown St. Pete mainly consists of condominiums and town homes with few residential home's. Many of these condo residences we're built with a focus on providing luxury living. They feature a long list of amenities and offer breath taking views of the bay and the surrounding city.

 

Neighborhoods Near the Bay

Directly outside of Downtown you will find the historic neighborhood of Old Northeast & Snell Isle. These neighborhoods with their brick roads and oak-tree lined streets are considered some of St. Pete's most beautiful, historic, and tranquil neighborhoods. Many homes date back to the early 1920's and are truly stunning to behold. In this area there are lots of waterfront communities with deep water canal access, and also some fantastic schools for the kids!
