Venetian Isles is an upscale waterfront community of 533 homes located at the northeast end of beautiful Snell Isle.­ The Island is accessed by two bridges and features a series of canals with Cul-de-Sacs that provide security and privacy to residents and a yes we're finally home feel. ­

PLACIDO­ BAYOU

Placido Bayou and Caya Costa are the two gated communities in Northeast St Petersburg. ­Placido Bayou is located off 47th Avenue Northeast and boasts a whopping 361 acres featuring 10 ponds, 636 homes, townhomes, villas and patio homes as well as large areas of preserves that can never be developed. ­The Bayou features 1.3 mile walking path, wildlife to include otters, alligators, turtles and a many species of wild birds.­ There are 11 individual associations there. ­

PRICE RANGE & LOCATION

Home prices cross the board, with small condos and villas in the low $100,000 range and large lakefront estates selling above $1 million.­Caya Costa is located at the east end of 78th Ave NE and many of it's properties are on lakefronts or some waterfront homes on Riviera Bay with quick boat access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.­ It's smaller at 75 acres with a variety of real estate options from townhomes to villas to large single family homes priced from $175,000 to $1.5 million.­ It offers a community pool and clubhouse, walking paths, tennis courts, a secure boat and trailer storage area with its own boat ramp, dock and fishing pier.
