Another great way to search for a home is using my websites HOME SEARCH. Zillow and most other big real estate sites don't have direct access to the MLS database, and thus often show old or inaccurate date that can confuse and dishearten my clients. My websites search is tied to my Real Estate License and I have a direct feed to our areas MLS. I've also setup a few quick search button's on the sidebar that correspond to my spotlight areas I often show my clients. It can streamline your home search and is a great place to start!

Pinellas is a large metropolitan area offering a great selection of homes in almost ­any ­price range. If you're unfamiliar with the St. Petersburg / Pinellas area,­a good way to discuss it, is to divide it into ­three parts. The gulf side, the bay side, and central Pinellas.­

Gulf of Mexico - This is the location of many of our areas beach communities. Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, and Belleair Beach all are found here. Many homes and condos in this area offer waterfront views or beach access. If you're looking for a home on the water, this is a great area to look!

Central Pinellas - This is a wonderful area to look for value. Many homes in Central Pinellas lie outside of the flood-zone ­and are solidly built slab homes. Tampa Bay - This is the location of St. Petersburg's Downtown­ and many of it's wonderful historic neighborhood that surround it such as:­The Historic Old Northeast, Snell Isle, Meadowlawn, Allendale, ­Kenwood, and the Historic Southeast. There are also some fantastic neighborhoods that run along­ the bay heading towards Tampa such as Venetian Isles, Shore Acres, Riviera Bay, and Feather Sound. Many neighborhood's in the ­Tampa Bay have historic homes dating back to the early 1900's.­­
