­Bettina is a full-time realtor specializing in waterfront homes and condominiums in Pinellas County and the surrounding Tampa Bay Area.  She has extensive experience with short sales, foreclosures, mortgage lending, and title insurance.

In addition to 12 years of professional real estate experience, she possesses a passion for the Florida lifestyle and an intimate knowledge of the area she happily calls home.   

Originally from the Philippines, Bettina has lived in Pinellas County for 40 years and enjoys cooking, traveling, boating, water-skiing, tennis, reading and spending time with her husband and daughter.  She proudly supports the Children's Miracle Network, CASA, and Habitat for Humanity charities.

Throughout our multiple real estate sales and purchases, we have not been fans of "referral reviews." They always seemed like something a realtor would guilt their clients into. Tampa Bay - This is the location of St. Petersburg's Downtown­ and many of it's wonderful historic neighborhoods that surround it such as:­ The Historic Old Northeast, Snell Isle, Meadowlawn, Allendale, ­Kenwood, and the Historic Southeast. There are also some fantastic neighborhoods that run along­ the bay heading towards Tampa such as Venetian Isles, Shore Acres, Riviera Bay, and Feather Sound. Many neighborhoods in the­ Tampa Bay have historic homes dating back to the early 1900s.­­

Searching the MLS

After listening closely and discussing your home needs with you, I will build ­a list of available properties currently on the market that match your criteria. ­If nothing is currently available, I will set up alerts to notify us when one does.­

Another great way to search for a home is by using my website's HOME SEARCH. Zillow­ and­ other big real estate websites don't have direct access to the MLS database,­ and thus often show old or inaccurate data that can confuse and dishearten ­clients. My website's search is tied to my real estate license, and my website has a direct ­feed to our area's MLS. I've also set up a few quick search buttons that correspond to the spotlight areas I often show my clients. It­ can streamline ­your home search and is a great place to start!

For mobile smart phone users I also have a free MLS search app called SAVVY CARD that ­you can save to ­your phone and use while driving around looking for homes.
